Bozcon Construct was founded by Jaiden Treasure with a simple belief: quality construction starts with genuine care and attention to detail. With over 12 years in the industry, Jaiden’s career began with an apprenticeship in the country, where he gained hands-on experience across all areas of construction—from new builds and extensions to renovations, sheds, decks, and concrete work.
What started as one man’s passion has grown into a skilled family business serving the Sunshine Coast. Jaiden is known for clear communication, keeping everyone on the same page, and ensuring clients feel genuinely heard throughout the process. It’s this approach—treating every project with the same care we’d give our own – that has built our reputation.

She takes time to understand your project vision, budget, and timeline, then coordinates site visits and keeps you informed throughout the process. Her organisational skills and genuine care for clients ensure a smooth experience from initial enquiry to project completion.

Tyrone, our Site Supervisor, completed his apprenticeship in Chinchilla, just like Jaiden. With extensive experience across all aspects of carpentry, from large renovations to new builds, he plays a key role in organising each project and keeping the site running smoothly. Tyrone is known for his kind nature and strong leadership, helping guide the team while ensuring clients feel comfortable throughout the build.
